Purchasing Process

To purchase a course, click the Pay with Amazon button. When you click the Pay button, you will be sent to Amazon where you can complete the course purchase.

If you do not wish to create an Amazon account, please contact us to make a payment using PayPal or a credit card.

Amazon Payments

We use Amazon Payments for payment processing. During this process, you will have to create an Amazon account if you don't already have one. Amazon Payments accepts Visa, Master Charge, Discover, or American Express. After you set up an Amazon account, you can continue with your purchase.

Some important things to know about the checkout process:

  • After you complete your purchase, you will receive a confirmation notice directly from Amazon. Note that the credit card transaction will be listed as MindCross Training.

  • Once you purchase your first course, you can purchase all subsequent courses simply by clicking the "Purchase" or "Pay Now" button and signing into Amazon.

Coupon Codes

Certain organizations and individuals are entitled to discounts in the form of coupon codes. You must use these coupon codes during the checkout process. No refunds will be issued after the fact.

In addition, you will sometimes see specials available on our website, in which case we will provide the coupon codes on the WeTrainAdjusters website. Again, these coupon codes must be used during the checkout process, not after the fact.

Login Information for Online Courses

After you have completed your purchase, you will receive an email from Amazon confirming your purchase as well as an email from MindCross.com containing instructions and your username and password for accessing the course. Once you receive the notification email, you can access the online course(s) any time for up to 60 days. You should receive this email shortly after purchasing the course. If you do not receive the email, please check your Spam folder as emails will sometimes get blocked. If you do not receive the course notification email contact us at support@mindcross.com.

Getting a Receipt for Your Order

After your purchase, Amazon will automatically send you a receipt for your order. If you need a receipt at a later point in time, you can simply go to Amazon Payments and login. All your orders and transactions will be displayed.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Once you purchase a digital product and receive your login information to access the training, you cannot cancel your order. If you need a refund because you made an incorrect purchase, we will apply a 2.9% transaction fee.

Refunds for the Florida PPIA Licensing and Designation course will not be issued after the final paperwork has been completed and sent.

We guarantee the training services available from MindCross Training. If you are not completely satisfied, we will make every reasonable effort to fix the problem and come to a mutually agreeable resolution.
