Purchasing Process

To purchase a course click on the Add to Cart button located near the course details for which you want to register. After you add the course(s) to your cart you will see your 'cart' in the top right corner of your Browser. On the cart window click on Google Checkout when you are ready to purchase your selected items. This will begin the Google Checkout Process.

Google Check

We use Google Checkout for payment processing. During this process you are required to create a Google account. After you set up a Google account you can continue with your purchase. During the checkout process you will have the option to "keep your email address confidential". Please do not mark this option, as your email address will be used to access the online courses.

Your courses can be paid using Visa, Master Charge, Discover, or American Express. After you complete your purchase you will receive a confirmation directly from Google Checkout. Note that the credit card charge will be under MindCross Training.

Once you purchase your first course all subsequent courses can be purchased by simply clicking the "Add to Cart" button and signing into Google Checkout, as Google will retain your credit card information from your previous purchase.

If you are having trouble with the Google Checkout process you can test the Google functionality.

Coupon Codes

Certain organization members and partners are entitled to a discount on all courses over $10. These discount codes must be used during the checkout process - - no refunds will be issued. Coupon codes should be obtained directly from your contact within your organization.

Additionally, you will see specials available via our Web site, in which case coupon codes will be provided on the WeTrainAdjusters Web site. The coupon codes provided must be used during the checkout process.

All NAMIC members are entitled to a 10% discount on all courses over $10. Contact your NAMIC representative for the discount code, as this discount must be applied when you purchase the course.

Login Information for Online Courses

After your credit card transaction is complete you will receive an email from Google confirming your purchase and an email from mindcross.com containing instructions and your user id and password for accessing the course. Once you receive course notification you can access the online course(s) any time for up to 30 days. You should receive this email shortly after purchasing the course. If you do not receive the email we please check your spam folder, as emails will sometimes get blocked. If you do not receive the course notification email contact us at support@mindcross.com.
